Department of Arizona – Monthly VMS Reports

Report Your Post’s Service to Veterans

Every month, Posts across Arizona dedicate countless hours supporting veterans, military families, and our local communities. The Veterans and Military Service (VMS) Report is how we capture and recognize those efforts at the Department level.

Your report helps ensure Arizona's VFW is properly credited at the state and national levels—and helps showcase the incredible work our members do year-round.

What Is the VMS Report?

The VMS Report documents your Post’s monthly activities that support:

  • Veterans and their families

  • Active-duty service members and Guard/Reserve units

  • Community service events directly benefiting military-connected individuals

  • Military funerals, honor guards, and ceremonies

  • VA hospital or nursing home visits

  • Emergency or hardship support provided to veterans

Who Should Submit?

Each Post Commander or their designated officer is responsible for submitting a monthly VMS report, even if no activities took place (submit a "no activity” report).

When Is It Due?

VMS Reports are due by the 10th of each month and should reflect activities from the previous month.
