I originally joined the Auxiliary in 1992 under the eligibility of my husband Vincent, a Korean service and a Desert Storm veteran. I served as Auxiliary 10188 President multiple times and served as both Secretary and Treasurer at that Auxiliary. I have also been involved with and held multiple offices including President of District 5. In 2002, I was honored to be asked by incoming 2002-2003 President Berneice Welch to accept the appointment as the Department Secretary. Since then, I have served continuously except for one year.

I was appointed Acting Department Treasurer during the 2011-2012 term and have served in that office continuously since then.

Past appointments include being the first Department Chairman for Operation Uplink, Department Program Coordinator, Youth Activities Department Chairman, National Conference Chairmen for Veterans and Family Support and Membership.

I have a unique understanding of the MALTA program having served on that committee and I continue to consult on system changes and updates. National Conventions are always fun for me as I served on the Credentials Committee for several years.
